Delete from the app
- Open Pocket Piggy and wait for your Wisdom Points to finish syncing.
- Tap Privacy & account, then Delete account and data.
- Read the warning and confirm Delete permanently.
The deletion takes effect immediately after the server confirms it. The app then removes its local account credentials and closes. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “ChaseThePig account deletion request”. We will reply with the minimum verification steps needed to locate the account. Do not email your Google password or other unrelated credentials.
Data that is deleted
We delete the player account, Wisdom Points and XP, lesson progress, game history and saved server game, rewarded-ad records, invitation relationships, recovery code, active sessions, installation identity, and any Google Play Games link held by ChaseThePig.
Limited retention
Data already contained in disaster-recovery backups may remain until those backups expire under our backup schedule. We may retain limited security or legal records only when required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law. These records are not used to restore gameplay accounts.
